You will get 3 6-ft tables complimentary, along with access to the kitchenette. A blue tooth speaker is also available complimentary upon request. Any additional furniture or event styling can be added on for a charge.


Our rental fees vary depending on the event day and type. Our weekday rate for events starts at $75/hr and the weekend rate is $100/hr (Fri-Sun). To book the studio space only starts at $30/hr. Prices are subject to change based on demand.


No, we encourage all guests to include the set up and breakdown times in their booking, as we usually have multiple events booked in one day and additional time before/after your event is not guaranteed.


Absolutely. We do include 2 complimentary tables for your booking. Additionally, we offer furniture add-ons as a convenience for our guests, so that is one less thing you have to worry about the day of your event. Our prices are also cheaper if booked through our website.


Free street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.  We are located by Ponce City Market and by the city winery which is a high traffic area, especially on weekends. 


Uber/Lyft is strongly suggested for over 30 guests.


Garage parking is available - during the week and during the day at $2/hr and valet is available weekends during the evening (pricing is based on demand and is subject to change). 


Free parking is available at Ponce City Market,  across the street, which will be a short walk to the space. 


If you have additional questions/concerns, we suggest to come in for a tour. 


  • TIME: Your booking includes the time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You may arrive at the loft to park up to 10 mins prior to your booking start, and you must leave BY your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late.  
  • EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on availability. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended.  
  • ADD-ONS: All requests for tables and chairs must be requested at least 48 hours before booking. Any requests after 48 hours may not be fulfilled.  
  • FOOD/DRINKS: All food and beverages must be removed by end of booking. All spills need to be wiped before leaving. if there are liquid puddles left on the floors this will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.  
  • NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere at the Loft. Hookah is permitted. There is a $250 fee for smoking (non-hookah) inside the building.  
  • NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and knives, even if they have a license to carry one. Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by our host.  
  • CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF: Take your belongings, place your trash in the designated trash bins, and return all items to their original location before your booking ends. There is a trash shoot located outside of the parking garage for large trash bags.  Please do not dump any trash outside of the Loft or outside of the designated trash areas. If trash bags are left in the loft after your event, there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee assessed.  
  • FURNITURE:  You may NOT move or remove permanent furniture (couches, tables, etc) for any reason - this includes the green couch. Please do not move this without prior consent. If given prior permission to move furniture or if you bring your own furniture, please do not drag furniture across the floor as this results in damages. A $300 fine will be added for severe damages and a $50 inconvenience fee will be charged if the green couch is moved from it's original location. Any furniture depicted in our listing photos is not guaranteed to be present for your booking. Please reach out to us beforehand if you need specific items.  
  • DAMAGES: Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into the Soft Loft during your booking. In the event that an item of furniture/property is stained, missing or damaged, we will send an invoice equivalent to the cleaning or repair cost. If an item has to be replaced, the guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Failure to pay will result in banning from future rental and reporting to the Hosting site.  
  • NOISE: Please be mindful that residents live above the loft. Quiet hours start at 11pm and noise must be kept to a minimum at or after this time.  
  • PARTY SUPPLIES: Confetti and helium balloons are not permitted in the loft. There will be a $100 fine if there is any confetti left on the floors, or balloons that floated to the ceiling. If you are needing to hang anything on the walls you will need prior approval from the host. Please refrain from using strong adhesives, as this damages the walls and will result in a $100 fine.
